Pierre CôtéPierre CôtéManaging Partner

Pierre Côté

Managing Partner

In March of 2017, Pierre, along with his partner (ServiceMaster of Cape Breton) had acquired the long-standing ServiceMaster Franchise of Halifax/Dartmouth. As the managing partner, Pierre knows that in order to effectively deliver exceptional customer service, you better have a great team behind you! And that’s where one of Pierre’s biggest strengths weighs in – an ability to attract people with the right personality and aptitude for the role, and successfully engaging them in the development of their personal goals.

Six months leading up to the purchase of the ServiceMaster franchise in Dartmouth, Pierre led the ServiceMaster team in Cape Breton through their first CAT event. Pierre has led several CAT teams in the past and his role in aiding Sydney through the extraordinary volume of claims was invaluable as it facilitated an un-interrupted high level of service and engagement with the Sydney customer base.

Prior to Sydney CAT, Pierre spent eight years in a senior managers role with one of the corporately owned restoration providers, working at the Branch and Regional levels. Prior to his introduction to the restoration sector, Pierre spent two decades in mostly a consultative role within the auto sector, designing and delivering information technology solutions at both the franchise and corporate level while in his latter years, working mostly as a consultant in the Customer Experience sector.

In addition to Pierre’s passion for the business, Pierre is a process driven individual and always on the look out for efficiency gains. While Pierre is no stranger to technologies and always forward thinking, Pierre is leading his team in the deployment and use of all technologies and tools available to them.
